Focus Creeps = Ben Chappell + Aaron Brown; video darlings working on a growing repertoire of raw and gritty music videos for such bands as Girls, Cass McCombs, Teith, Chicago Stone Lightning Band, and most recently Mission to Burma.  From slow and dreamy to psychedelic freakout, their visions are anthems in all night partying, free love, booze, drugs, and lots of hair.

My Were They is Chicago’s best band you’ve never heard of.  If they were a cocktail, they’d be a Dark n’ Stormy; spicy yet smooth with complex layers and a hint of sweetness.

Moody, misunderstood, and underappreciated, My Were They channel all things dark into sonic swells of guitars, booming rhythms, serpentine keyboard parts, and haunting vocals.

Songs speak louder than words in this case, so crank it to 11 and don’t let this band vanish into obscurity…
