Graham Livingston

Graham Livingtston’s art practice is founded on integrating contemporary architectural design tools with artistic production.  The work lives at the intersection of digital spaces, landscapes, and their representations. Manifested in a variety of mediums including videos, gifs, installations, prints, and drawings, the work is aesthetically anchored by its layerings of complex subtleties with monolithic expressions.
He studied at Washington University in St. Louis before transferring to the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (BFA. Fall 2017). During that time he exhibited art in both cities and worked as a designer for cultural institutions in Chicago and San Francisco. Since then he has been selected to exhibit in Viridian Artists 30 under 30 by Chrissie Isles, curator at the Whitney Museum of American Art.
